mkwdrs: See if the shop will make the swap as part of the deal. If they won't here's the things you'll need to do:

- get new shifters
- upwrap bar tape
- loosen cables from brakes and front/rear derailluers
- loosen sora shifters and remove from bars
- install new shifters and then repeat the first few steps in reverse order

last step - sell your shifters in the for sale section
