ARIZONA BY LATE FRIDAY AFTERNOON...WITH THE POTENTIAL TO GENERATE
STRONG SOUTHWEST WINDS...SUSTAINED AT 25 TO 35 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS
UP TO 45 MPH. STRONG GUSTY WINDS WILL CONTINUE INTO FRIDAY EVENING
AND EVENTUALLY DIMINISH TO LESS THAN 15 MPH AFTER MIDNIGHT"
