Second the Carnac M5s. I used to have Sidi Megas because I needed the extra toe box room, but they were a little loose in the arch and heel area. The Megas worked ok for me but the wider heel kind of bothered me. The Carnacs are perfect for me. They have plenty of room in the toe box, with a more normal width in the arch and heel.
