The bike is awesome. I have had the pleasure of riding many different fulle suspension frames, and this is one of my favorites by far. It will alow you to go big, and be able to climb in one package.

I run the Fox Ava shock set up to Fox' recommendation. The Ava chamber is all the way out, I don't run too much rebound damping and it works quite, quite nicely.

The only Shimao parts on the bike are the front derailleur and the cassette, both XTR. The shifting duties are taken care of via SRAM 9.o sl and I am very pleased with the performance therein.

I likes the black ano, but I saw a poweder blue ano the other day, and I instantly had a vision of how sweet that bike would looks with all silver Thomson parts and the new silver Crossmax Sl disc wheelset.
