I used to do industrial ergonomics for a large workers comp insurance carrier. The thing to remember about "ergo" anything is that it's super if it happens to line up with your normal arm and wrist position. If it doesn't, then it isn't ergo for you. It doesn't matter what 90% of other people think, no matter who or how smart they are, if it doesn't happen to be right for you.
