loved the heat!!
I've no idea what my body fat is ... right now it's probably a bit more than I'd like it to be - winter will do that to you

, but during the summer when I've reached my cycling peak, according to the BMI thing, my weight is usually below normal, so I'm guessing my body fat might be lowish.
