Fixed.

No matter how you justify it, you still have stolen from performance. They did you a service by offering the product at a price that beats the compitition, gave you a quick reship, and did thier best to make everything right with you. In return, you steal from them and just slightly lower thier profits. Enough people do this, and performance goes out of business or raises prices. But hey, what do you care, they suck, right?
