I picked up that exact frame. It is great. I run a $50.00 carbon nasbar fork, 30.00 carbon nashbar seatpost, and some campy nine speed. I love it. My first road bike ever. I've been riding close to 12 years. I have found the stock shimano cable adjusters to work just fine, even while riding. I just crossed the cables to help with steering. I picked em up at my LBS for like $2. FWIW
