Just for the record, I'm not trashing eBay at all. I'm a big fan and I've been a user for a long time, although I don't buy a lot. So far, about 30 transactions, 1 negative experiance. This is not bad.

No chance I'll get the money back, I just don't want anybody else buying from the guy. Next time it might not be a triffling amount.

Another thing: I'm not sure about feeback. Right now, I have a 100% positive, and I'd like to keep it that way. I havn't left feedback for the guy, but I did send him an email telling him it would be, at this point, very hard for me to leave positive feedback.

Problem: he hasn't left feeback for me either. So, he can still screw me further, should he so desire. Suggestions?
