yeah, good luck if you want to do both and get a good standing point on Brasstown Bald.

We went SEVERAL hours early last year. At the top it was nasty, wind, sleet, snow. Damn cold. It's cool to walk up to the top and check out the booths and whatever people are doing tricks (last year it was maxxis i think). THey also have a HUGE screen with the race on. We watched that a few hours then walked over halfway down the mountain to get a good spot to take pictures. We ended up with some awesome pics of all the big names since they were going "slow" in some of the uphill curves.

Good times.

I really want to hang out at a feed zone and try to nab some schwag, but it looks like it won't happen. Last year I got Trent Lowe's water bottle when he was going up Brasstown Bald. cool to me.
