Thanks - no worries though. Its going to be a race bike - needs to function pretty more importantly than looking pretty. Although I do think its pretty striking. Gotta dig black - although I'm thinking maybe yellow bar tape. Hmmmmm.

Blandin - no, it was in the road bike frames and parts section. The Scott Speedster frames just go really cheap for some reason. They seem like a really good deal - the fork is usually worth what they want for the whole frame. When I checked, the general consensus on the frame is that they're very stiff. Accelerate and climb well but can be harsh. Stiffness is partly a function of the diameter of the tubing, and looking at the size of the Scott tubing I understand the frame assessment others give it. Plus there's no curving of the seat stays to try and take any harshness out. Yep - definitely putting a carbon seat post on this puppy.
