i purchased a bianchi vigorelli off ebay. the bike was brand new. while the bike was being shipped to my house via fedex, they bent it. the rear derailer was bent inward and to the side. the seller was really helpfull and kept good communication while i had to deal with claims with fedex. four months later, fedex refunded me almost half of what i paid for the vigorelli and let me keep the broken bike. i used the money and purchased a used titanium frame and time carbon fork with a chris king headset. the seller was extremely helpful. one of the best transactions i have ever had. unfortunatly, the claims dragged on so long, the auction terminated in ebays archives, so i couldnt leave a positive feedback when the claim was finally settled. there are a lot of honest ebayers out there.
