I have a 22-mile commute. Have a big bowl of cereal before I leave for work. When I get there, I eat two bananas for the recovery. At lunch, a foot long turkey sandwich at Subway. Mid-afternoon snack - two bananas. Just before the ride home, a bowl of oatmeal. When I get home, a big dinner. I don't eat while on the ride to and from work. No bonking here, ride is relatively flat. Just headwinds in the evening.
