i heart my under the weather - it's freaking huge and unbelievably perfect.
i bought a seatbelt on ebay and they put it in the strap for me.
it's crazy stable.
and they custom stitch - bonus.

the PAC's supposed to be awesome but the X strap sucks for girls.
