Value of old parts

I just replaced my bike gearing with a compact system (10 speed). My old parts were a combination of ultegra and dura-ace and an FSA carbon crank.

Someone has asked me what I want for the rear derailer (dura-ace), STI shifters (ultegra), cassette (not sure what that was), and the FSA crank.

The stuff is original - 2 years old - and had about 16,000 miles on them. I think the condition is good (for their age).

I have no idea what the value could be. I'm not looking to make a bunch of money - I'd almost be willing to give the parts away to them (he's a friend), but I could use some extra bucks right now, so can anyone give me a rough idea of the value of each of the above?
