the 3 of them have had everything from chronic spoke breakage, one guy having major hub trouble before he put them on his bike (john at neuvation fix was to "get a large rubber mallet.."), the other guy's would go out of true if you looked at them wrong... none of these guys are hard on equip. either... for what it's worth man..

For each one though John at Neuvation has been very helpful and replaced willingly... but after a few times of being without wheels for a week or so.... gets old esp. when you have to be racing...
I don't know how they contacted him but nevertheless he supposedly was very helpful and willing to replace the crap. Makes me almost wonder if he just buys a whole bunch of these from China, and when a bad one is found (china's manufacturing theory; quantity over quality... every once in a while you get some bad ones) he very willingly replaces it ..

buy a cheap pair of mavic and be done w/ it that's what we've had to do..
