I am on the phone all day long dealing with suport items and conference calls at work. I don't have time to call someone about my wheelset that is being built or to inquire about wheel options. If I don't get email response from someone, I simply can't do business with them. John answered all of my questions via email and so does my custom wheelbuilder. My preferred form of communication is email but everyone is different.
