It is in the south-west corner of Kyoto, over a highway, under a river and through some rice-fields. Seriously, maybe not the under the river part, but it's in the suburbs of Kyoto. When we there for KyotoLoco, the shop was cleaned out of older frames. I did get a used disc wheel for a 100yen though.
