microcosm has excellent zines, they press their shirts on the soft shirts (and the quality is A+) but their patch quality is crap. The fact that they have unique shirts also rocks. I met this guy who is biking from Texas to Alaska this summer and it's all because I said "Hey, I have that shirt too!"
I have a big heart-in-a-chainring patch on the back leg of a pair of shorts I made and the quality is terrible. It's thick but it falls apart fast. I'm sure if you folded the ends under when you sewed it would stop the fraying. But if you let it fray it FRAYS.
Anywho, this thread should be more about Cristy because for years I've loved her artwork.
