Well, in Milwaukee at least, all the bike lanes are on the right hand side inbetween the driving lane and parking lane.
But when there are no bike lanes, I ride on the far right edge of the driving lane, I suppose.
The middle just seems way too sketchy - you get one person coming at you who drifts over for just a second (not the most uncommon thing ever) and you have two very ****ty options.
