mostly my old Nishiki International touring bike, secondly my full squish Rocky Mountain and rarely my racing bike, an old Steve Bauer.

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
nothing except daily vitamin supplements which I have taken for years

3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
a bit - mostly because I have packed on a few pounds along the way

4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
interested in bikes since the age of 10. Started racing with a local club at the age of 18 but soon discovered I really didn't have the killer instinct needed. Have been involved in loaded touring for some 30 years

5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides, commute, tour, race?
club rides (30 - 60 km) , annual tours (to Cape Breton this summer), short training rides (25 - 50 km)

6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
probably a high of 7000 km and a low of a few hundred with an average over the years of about 2500 km

7. Do you do any other type of physical activities - weight lifting, skiing, running, etc.?

weight training, swimming and stationary bike during our long winters

Perhaps you might indicate your age on your reply?? soon to be 60
