About twice a week! Trying to increase it to atleast 4 times a week. All part of the training I'm doing for my upcoming 800km ride with four days. All for kids with cancer so they can go to camp. It's called Tour for kids. I'll be needing some people to pledge for me with donations. I'll be sure to let you all know more about the tour and hit ya up for donations
