A ten minute ride to the office this morning under partly cloudy skys.

For the week I was 5 of 5 for bike commutes. For the year I am -5 in bike commutes, in that on 5 occasions I have failed to commute to work on my bike.

A couple other interesting facts for the year. I have heard one car honk (not at me) this year. I have never not been given the right of way by any vehicle, even when I don't have it. One flat tire but not for a few days after I got home, it was a big nail, an inch long, that stayed in there. I have not seen another cycle commuter, but I know there are some even here in my building.
