Bonehead move I made this morning...

So I got up at 5 or so to get ready for a group ride through San Francisco. I was planning on joining some members of the Olympic Club to ride the "Escape from Alcatraz" route, but I was late so I missed the start. That was already a bummer, but for those of you who don't know the route - there is a good amount of climbing. While sitting down and climbing my bike was performing fine, but every time I stood up and really gave it some effort my bike would start shifting on its own. Not to mention I was having a hard time keeping a good pace on the flats as well. So finally Im coming back up the hill by the Cliffhouse and it my bike is literally shifting every rotation of the pedals. I get so mad I clip out. Not thinking about the fact that I've bee having a hard time clipping into my new Keo pedals on flat, let alone a 10-13% grade. So I walk up, demoralized and mad...then I realize my back wheel wasn't secured by the skewer. I tightened it up, shredded up the hill and my pace was normal again, and no more autoshifting. Damn...won't make that mistake again...actually yeah I probably will. After that, I had an awesome ride. Did some climbing intervals and I am blissfully exhausted now.
