I've used GP4000's for the past 1200 kms and think they're great. Seem durable (no punctures so far), quiet and handle well. I weigh 80kg and they still have plenty of wear left in them. Bought mine from probikekit for about $39 Aus.

FWIW, 200lbs is actually @ 90 kg (2.2 lb per kilo).
