I may look like a dork in my bike weenie getup but once I put on street clothes I'm a lot fitter looking than most of the other guys my age. The ones with the beer bellies.
We're trying to add some entertainment to the intermission in some of our track races, so one of the new riders had a Tango demonstration. Tango has the opposite ratio problem, and apparently involves a bit of groping, so she was trying to get some cyclists interested.
And the OP is riding with the wrong women or something, or doesn't see the women who can climb because they're way in front of him. I know plenty who can climb with the best of them (but this is SoCal).
