That indeed is a good question. I love my Veloce, as I mentioned before, and would still choose it over Ultegra, but that's just because I have this fetish for Italian stuff. Ultegra is nice, too. I used it for years with no problems. Motobecane is a fine frame as well. I wasn't paying close attention, is that a steel Moto as well? If so, it's a close call. I would still get the Bianchi, but I just love the company and its history. Sorry if my response is wishy-washy, but I think you'd be happy with either one.
I understand all the wishy-washy stuff. This gives me an idea of how mush people really like Bianchis, which is important too. The Moto is aluminum and is virtually the same frame as the Fuji Roubaix SL.
