FYI Keith most of those yellow bikes are on the west side

I think you fail to notice how us eastenders are left out of the loop, or maybe you just dont care?

I havent even seen a yellow bike out here in ages. And most people who have used though yellow bikes hate them. Some of these programs should be run by the local bike shops not the city.

Ask yourself as I cyclist do I use any of these programs? If you dont then what use are they?

Then perhaps we need programs that the people will use ...
