Your seat is not back far enough; not sure but, if you have more than a fist-full of exposed seat post (given the fact that you have a horizontal top bar), your frame probably is too small, especially if you are unable to get the tops of the bars up to about level with the seat when a shorter stem, if needed, is installed. But I have a larger frame, doesnt that mean a longer top tube hence a longer reach to the bar which would only exacerbate my existing problem?
