From the third pic the leg extension seems close, maybe the seat is just a tad high. I'd shorten the stem. The second pic has the knee on the left leg just behind KOPS or close to it. Numb hands suggests too much weight going forward so move the saddle back a bit. But then you will have to adjust the seatpost height. Just make small changes, ride a time or two, then make another small adjustment until you get it dialed in.

After riding my bike awhile, I raised the saddle and moved it forward a bit. Another fitting had the saddle back and lower and a shorter stem. After getting orthotics and new shoes, the next fitting raised the saddle and brought it forward. This feels much better. Knees are at KOPS or very close(slight difference in the two legs); I can remove my hands from the hoods without falling forward and being centered over the cranks more gives me more power. Just got new cranks, going from 175mm to 170mm so the seatpost went up just a touch.
