Part of my route is on a paved bike path along a busy road, bordering a golf course. This morning a bright landscaper decided to water the grass and roped off the bike path. This is downhill, into the sun, just past a jog in the route, and the ropes were about two feet off the ground.

I called the county police dept.

My route is hazardous enough without an obstacle course!
