Look what I found today at the thift store for $5.00. It's a Peugeot PB-14, EX 4130 frame. I put a 27" 1 1/4 tire and rim on it to see how fast it was. Man this bike is fast and light. all I had to do was thighten up the break cables and put the 27" on the back.
The shop I got it from has two more Peugeot frames one mans and one woman frames. He also has a 3 schwinn bicycle

This evening I pushed past my comfort zone and took 7 minutes off of my commute. And that included stopping to take off my windbreaker. 1:13 from Alexandria through the streets of DC, up the escarpment...yippee.
