Good to be back Mars.

We had a little bit of an issue with the usage of internet here at work, but all seems to have calmed down (not me btw)!!

I'll find the recipe and post it tuesday (we have a public holiday monday) so as it will have a week for people to see it before it drops out. I am working on a new one, this is going to be the bomb!!

Great ride in again, lovely sunny warm weather, not much more to say. I'm feeling good at the moment after a brief period of feeling slow and almost as if my blood sugar levels were playing up. The only thing I am doing different is NO ALCOHOL, and boy has it made a difference. I may stay off it for good.
