IIRC that's a ballpark decent price, not the greatest, but not too bad either. Going from a Bianchi to Colnago, the most significant difference in terms of handling will be that the latter tracks in a straightline with a little less effort. If I were looking at a CT2, I'd make sure that the frame was still covered by the factory warranty.
