Vicodin is one of my three current prescriptions for my separated shoulder. I've heard dire things about addiction to it, so I have to say I was relieved when I observed myself merely getting sleepy from it. I'm going to renew my Motrin 800 (anti-inflammatory/pain relief) and my muscle relaxant Flexoril, but not the Vicodin. I enjoy moderate drinking and the occasional, ahem, enhancement, but the potentially addictive stuff scares me. I suppose I'm lucky that my situation doesn't involve as much pain as yours; sorry, man.
