Yeah, scott, Sundays are a great day to ride on the city streets. I work in a hospital, so I have to work every second weekend. But having days off in the middle of the week is great too.

Last night I felt sluggish riding home. Then I realized that the wind was strong and from the east. An east wind is uncommon around here, so it threw me off. Today I left for work an hour early and got a nice ride in. I abandoned the Rivertrail because the streets were less crowded than the trail today.
