No experiance with Dura Ace but.......... my old Shimanos have a D ring around the screw head that holds the shifter together. It is marked with small arrows, SIS and FRIC. You just twist the D ring to either SIS or FRIC to shift in the manner that you want. This is for my rear shifter only as mine is pre-index shifting front derailer.
