Wow ... BUI?

I've gotten a (spite) ticket for speeding home from work but -- particularly in the Quarter -- I was not the only seen riding around with a cocktail in hand, even, on occasion. I had no idea they could actually write BUIs.

Perhaps now that New Orleans has passed its open container law (though drive-through Daiquiris are still up and running), things may change for bicyclists as well.
