You need to enjoy the food you are eating and the excercise you are taking if you are to stand a chance of making this a permanent lifestyle change.
Damn good advice, i tried running, hated it, gym, boring, but since i have bought the road bike, i have lost 5kg (probably because of cut down in coke too) in about two weeks! Good enough for me.
