So after a rainy day i had my insoles out just laying on the counter and decided to chuck them in the dryer for 5 minutes along with the rest of my gear to make sure it was warm and dry.

Well it certainly was dry, everything was fine until i spotted one of my insoles, looked a little curled up and i got a little angry that i'd have fun trying to get them back in my road shoes, but then uppon closer inspection, it looks like they shrunk almost a good inch, and all the shaping was gone from it, it was just basically a flat curled up mini version of what used to be my insole

I suppose i can try and order a new set it, but what about the race this weekend, i know they won't get them in that fast.

Recommendations?

PS, my dr shols gel inserts felt like crap when i tried them And the shoes are 2004 shimano r150 carbon sole shoes.
