Yeah, I was just giving a run-down of the various sizes that are out there. And I've been working on a couple of old Schwinns recently. I assume with your Cannondale that you've got a 1" threaded headset with standard (22.2mm) quill stem. Bar clamp could be 25.4mm or 26.0mm. My guess is that the Cinelli and Coda would both be 26.0.
