I need to replace the gobi saddle with my SLR. The gobi weighs 256 grams, the SLR weighs 147 grams. Savings of 109 grams.

I plan on swapping rear derailleurs as well. Remove the X.9 and put on the X.0. The X.9 weighs 260 grams, the X.0 weighs 209 grams. This will save 51 grams.

I'm also thinking about going to twist shifters. If so that will save some weight as well. The X.9 shifters I have weigh 248 grams. I will replace them with X.0 twist shifters which weigh 195 grams. This will save me 53 grams.

By just doing these three changes I will save 213 grams, or 7.5 ounces. This will take the bike to aproximately 23.7 pounds.
