Yea go to your local Specialized dealer and tell them you got them you got them as a gift and they are too small. As long as they don't show use no dealer is going to have an issue with an exchange.
The problem with this is that i don't have a Specialized dealer anywhere nearby. Anyone recommend the shoe stretcher option?
