I get 100 minutes on mine w/ 2500 mAh Energizer cells; about 80 mins. with the OEM 2300 mAh cells after a few cycles. I routinely carry two sets of cells, since 4 AA's don't weigh much. I also run my light on "high" the entire time; the "low" setting is still usefully bright, but I don't know how much more time it gets you.
