I read a story in a magazine about this guy who was an old pro who raced in the 20s and he said he always wore a cotton shirts under his jersey it kept him hydrated in the summer that way he dident have to carry so much water, beacuse it slowed him down he had been doint it for like 50 years and it worked for him. yeah but wearing a cotton wife beater under your wicking jersey is a waste migth as well just wear the wife beater and then you can at least show off your guns.
