I bought the Planet Bike fenders at the begining of my commuting season, and I've been really happy with them. There's a bit of vibration in the front fender, but it could be because I rigged up a little extention to drop it below the v-brakes. Still, unless I bomb through a big puddle, my feet stay dry.

Note: the price in your link seems a bit high....you should be able to do better.
