Ok i think i am going to go with a Marzocchi MX Comp ETA 2005 with 105mm travel. Any more i think would mess up the bike. Thanks.

@ Sphynx: I havent really abused mine very much. 2 - 3 foot drops to flat occacianly, it has been great. I bought it used and it looked a little abused but now i take good care of it and it has lasted great.
