You could try reducing your load. Example: why take a wallet? When all you really need from your wallet is your ID and some cash. The Jandd Mountain Wedge looks a lot like the one I got made by Bike Pro that only cost $12 or $14 at my LBS.

I can stash a spare tire, tube in it's box, Park MTB mini tool, Leatherman Squirt, 2 tire irons, a Quik Stik (for fast removal of a tire, VAR (for hard to put on tires), minor first aid kit, AA bats for taillight and button bats for computer, 6 clueless patches, a tire boot, $21 cash, garage door opener, old drivers license and a phone card.

That's a lot of stuff crammed into a bag with only 175 cu in max of space. So, as you can tell, the Jandd should fit everything you have.
