I was stuck yesterday while riding. I was on the shoulder of a road going with a tailwind, traveling at around 25mph. I was passed by a UPS van who then turned right in front of me into a driveway without signaling. Tacoed my rear wheel but everything else is ok.

He gave me his name and supervisor's number. I told him the story. Now, I am being bombarded with calls from several insurance adjustors. I told an adjustor what had happened in a telephone interview today that was recorded.

What should I do next?
