Interesting... Just a thought:
given how easy RIAA subpoenaed ISPs and forums like BikeForum... it should be really easy for police to use post to this forum as a confession, go after BikeForum and ISP of Cadd, identify and arrest him. There is a lot of cases nowadays when police tracks down people from forums.... Of course nobody is going to track down guy running red light, but running from police adn admission of repeated offences may be another matter... Probably so far nobody from this forum had time to tip off NYC police... There is convinient web form to contact NYC PD http://www.nyc.gov/html/mail/html/mailnypd.html
